Configuring Java
Open Java from Control Panel.
Double Click on Java
(1) Select Update Tab and remove the tick from "Check for Update Automatically"
Click "Never Check" if ask for reconfirmation
(2) Go to Advanced Tab
Expand Security
Expand Mixed Mode
Select "Enable - Hide warning and run with protections"
Click Ok
To make sure the Update wont run during startup
In Windows 7 type Msconfig at startup
Go to the Startup Tab and untick if Java is ticked
In Windows 8/8.1
start Task Manager
go to Startup Tab
Right Click on Enable and select Disable
